iEmail Cloud Release Notes

Version 1.20.0 (9/30/2024) 

  • Enable sub types from Gen_Lookup table for inserting Activities (much like you were able to do with iEmail!!)

Version 1.18.5 (4/16/2024) 

  • Bug fix - when saving an Interaction from a composed email, if you save it, then change any part of the email, try saving the email again, the information is the same as the first interaction saved.

  • Bug fix - when saving an Activity with an EML attachment, the attachment wouldn't get recorded in iMIS.

  • Enhance support for creating contact records in iMIS - you can create a contact (with a linked/unlinked organization) or create an organization.

  • After adding a Committee Group to an email, the Committee Name is disabled (indicating it has been added).

  • Fixed bug where iEmail Cloud would be inoperable after adding a new contact.

  • Add Title and Company fields to Add Contact Feature.

  • Bug fix - when clicking on a favorite IQA, it was returning to the home screen instead of routing to the parameter input/run page.

Version 1.15.0 (4/19/2023)

  • Added support for Shared Outlook Mailboxes.

    • This will require the client to reinstall their manifest file (org-wide or as an end user). Instructions for that are here.

  • Allow any Activity Type to be deleted, unless there is only 1 remaining.

  • Last Activity Type used defaults.

  • UI improvements for easier UX.

  • New iEmail Cloud icon. (You may have to clear cache for your Outlook to see new icon).

    • Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R. Type ”%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef” (replace “16.0” with the version of Outlook that you have installed) and press Enter. Select all the files and folders inside the “Wef” folder and delete them.
