Finding Recipients when Composing an Appointment with iEmail Cloud
iEmail Cloud allows you to add iMIS contacts to an Outlook appointment.
When composing a new appointment, click on the iEmail Cloud icon to open iEmail Cloud.
At this point, you may need to sign in if you haven't in a while. Proceed to do so.

Once on the home screen, this should look similar to the process of composing a new email. You can choose Contact Search, Groups, or IQAs to get your list of potential attendees.
When viewing search results or contact lists in iEmail Cloud, you have the ability to add an attendee as Required or Optional using top level filter (highlighted in red). Simply click on Required or Optional, then select the corresponding attendees. Unchecking the attendees will remove them from the list.
