This article shares details on how to work with Shipping by Weight (Freight Rate Data).
Mapping
Required Fields
Shipping Method Code - Shipping methods are added to iMIS in the
SHIP_METHODgeneral lookup table.Weight - Weight of the shipment.
Zone - Shipping Zone from shipping organization used to calculate cost.
Optional Fields
Rate - The amount charged for weight/zone.
Mapping Notes
Matching is CRITICAL!
At this point the action you should use is Insert/Update. You will need to map the shipping method, zone, and weight. The rate should be the cost that the shipping provider is giving you from the combination of zone and weight.
