2021, Q1 Update
New Features
Virtual Reports. Everything on the RFM reports can now be brought up right in iMIS!
You can now click on school names to bring up their RFM report.
Links have been added to the Recently Scanned list on the overall dashboard and on the all RFM reports page.
Links will be added to all performance reports shortly.
Data Integrity Page. One stop shop to see what data is missing from your iMIS database.
See a list of the reports not yet scanned in and those already scanned in.
Updates & Enhancements
All Reports page has gotten a makeover and now links to Virtual RFM Reports.

Bugs Squashed
Corrected and standardized the display names for many fields within business objects.
Updated data mask for percentages to display appropriately whether the statistic from the report will ever have decimals.

New Features
School Names, Greek Names, District, Regions, & Provinces (oh my!). We now have a custom mapping for each client that has already been configured and we will begin using those custom columns.
Cloud Dashboard: Manage School & iMIS ID Mapping. You can now manage your school and iMIS ID mapping right in the cloud dashboard. If a report comes in without an iMIS ID mapped, we will add the school name for you automatically. Note the related adjustment below.
Cloud Dashboard: Scan History. You can now see your full scan history to see if there have been any failures that need to be addressed.
Cloud Dashboard: More Intuitive. The RFM Cloud Dashboard now shows recently scanned information in a more intuitive and helpful manner. You can access this dashboard at cloud.csiinc.com. If your account has not been configured with the cloud dashboard, your IT contact can help you out.
Updates & Enhancements
Overall Dashboard Round & Total Sections. These have gotten an overhaul to show more data in a more intuitive manner.
Look and Feel. Made some minor adjustments to the look and feel of the dashboard so it is easier to review data.
Helper Text. Explanatory and helper text has been added in various places throughout the dashboard.
Caching Queries. Queries for the overall dashboard have all been cached to improve performance. Data will automatically refresh every few hours. If needed, a force refresh of the data is possible.

Adjustments
Reports without an iMIS ID Mapping. If a report is scanned and there is not an iMIS ID mapped to the school name, we will reject the report until the iMIS ID has been entered. This ensures that we will not have any reports scanned with missing iMIS IDs.
Performance Reports. Several of these reports have been condensed into more powerful queries that allow you to easily customize the result set you would be interested in. Additional updates are coming to these queries to ensure they have the columns and data you’re looking for.
Bugs Squashed
Faulty Scans. One in about a thousand scans had an error related to a license key. We’ve retroactively identified and resolved these scans. This pesky bug has been squashed.
Campus Tab. Showed current year and previous year in an unintuitive order. Resolved and squashed.
Quota Pie Chart. Some of you have an older version of this pie chart query that was showing both the primary and secondary pool. We have also removed the progress tracker just above as it was showing the same information twice.

Reports that have errantly created a duplicate entry in the report tables will now be shown.
