GL Export Issues

Overview

This article contains common GL export errors and issues, and their resolutions/workarounds.

Error: No New Transactions were Found

In this case, looking at the batch we see this:

And as you can see, the Debits and Credits zero each other out so there are no Transactions to export.

In addition, iMIS will show the batch as Not Exported.  Per ASI this is by design.  Email productowners@advsol.com if you disagree.
