Setup RiSE
The GL Process Cloud application requires access to Deferral Matrix and GL Export Deferred Income data from iMIS. Currently, the only available option is to manually configure this in RiSE:
Create a new custom Business Object (BO) for each
And the associated Intelligent Query Architect (IQA) query for each
Please follow the instructions below to set up the required BO and IQA for Deferral Matrix and Deferred Income.
Business Object
Deferral Matrix and GL Export Deferred Income
Step 1. Download the business object XML files to be imported into RiSE.

zCSI_GLProcessor_GLExportDeferredIncomeItem_BO.xml
Step 2. Import the downloaded XML files into RiSE.
Navigate to the Business Object Designer in RiSE and click on the Import button.
Select the import file (after downloading the XML BO file). Click on the Upload button and confirm the prompt.
Click on the Import button to install the BO.

Step 3. Publish the Business Object in RiSE.
Click on the Publish button to make the BO available.

Intelligent Query Architect
Deferral Matrix and GL Export Deferred Income
Step 1. Download the Intelligent Query Architect XML files to be imported into RiSE.

Step 2. Import the downloaded XML files into RiSE.
Navigate to the Intelligent Query Architect in RiSE and click on the Import button.
Select the import file (after downloading the XML IQA file). Click on the Upload button and confirm the prompt.
Click on the Import button to install the IQA.

It is now ready to be used in the GL Processor Cloud application.
