You can access the CSI customer portal via the following URL:

Logging In

To log in to the customer portal, you use the same credentials as you do for this website (www.csiinc.com).

Customer Portal Features

Once logged in, you can perform the following actions in the customer portal:

  • Create New Service Tickets

  • View and Update Existing Service and Project Tickets (for open projects)

  • Upload Attachments to Service and Project Tickets
