Reset Your Password

If you forget your password to the CSI customer support portal, you can reset it using the following instructions:

(If you are signed in, sign out of the CSI website first.)

  1. Browse to the login page.
  2. Click "Forgot your password?".
  3. Enter your e-mail address (the one that CSI has on file for you, usually your organizational e-mail address).
  4. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Click the link when you have it.
  5. You will be brought to a page where you can enter a new password.
  6. After resetting your password, you may proceed to log in to this site or the customer portal using your e-mail address and new password.
