If you forget your password to the CSI customer support portal, you can reset it using the following instructions:
(If you are signed in, sign out of the CSI website first.)
- Browse to the login page.
- Click "Forgot your password?".
- Enter your e-mail address (the one that CSI has on file for you, usually your organizational e-mail address).
- You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Click the link when you have it.
- You will be brought to a page where you can enter a new password.
- After resetting your password, you may proceed to log in to this site or the customer portal using your e-mail address and new password.
