ConnectBooster allows clients to:
- View and print your current invoices
- Pay your invoices by e-check or credit card
- Access invoice history and payment history
- Set up AutoPay for monthly services
- Schedule future payments
You can access the ConnectBooster portal via the following URL:
The ConnectBooster portal uses the same username (email address) and may use the same password from your login to the CSI Dashboard but needs to be set up the first time it is used.
If you have never used the ConnectBooster portal, or you have but can’t recall your password, you may use the “Request Account” or “Reset Login/ Password” links found on the login window to gain access.
Your Username will be your full email address. e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org

With the ConnectBooster Portal, you can:
- Pay bills online using the following payment methods:
- ACH (eCheck)
- American Express
- Set up Auto-Pay to automatically pay your bill when it is due, using the following payments methods:
- ACH direct debit
- Credit cards listed above
- View and pay open invoices
- View invoice history
- View active software support agreements
- View pre-pay (blocktime) balance
